SOMM
I love Enology -- the art of winemaking and everything about wine from the vineyard through fermentation, bottling and aging. I don't drink wine often but I could live and die on a vineyard!
When I lived in Sacramento, I traveled to and visited several wineries in Napa Valley and Sonoma County. It inspired my interest in enology.
SOMM is the story of four sommeliers attempting to pass the prestigious Master Sommelier exam, a test with one of the lowest pass rates in the world. The exam covers literally anything having to do with the entire world of wine and that is just the beginning.
